Richard Cano is a California Southern Baptist Convention language church starting strategist. His responsibility is to start Hispanic churches within San Fernando Valley Southern Baptist Association and Crescent Bay-West L.A. Southern Baptist Association. 

He has a diploma in theology from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and was a senior pastor in San Diego for 13 years. He has served CSBC since 2003.
