Rodolfo Martinez is a California Southern Baptist Convention church starting strategist, serving in High Desert and Los Angeles Southern Baptist Associations among Hispanics. His work is to help churches start churches; he also helps with mentoring and training new church planters and pastors.

He has a bachelor’s degree in theological studies from Seminario Teologico Bautista Mexicano in Mexico City, a bachelor’s degree from California Baptist University in Riverside and a master’s degree in religious education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Martinez was a pastor in California for 14 years in three churches, helped plant a new church in Dallas, and has served California Southern Baptists since 1994.

He and his wife, Noemi, have four children.
