Ivan Mileyev is a California Southern Baptist Convention church planting strategist. His primary responsibility is developing strategy and building church planting awareness among the European language groups in California.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Kiev’s Musical College and a master of arts in music education and conducting from Odessa State Conservatory, Ukraine. He also has a master’s degree in pastoral theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary.

Mileyev served as a senior pastor and church planter in Minneapolis, MN for eight years, and is one of the denominational leaders for Pacific Coast Slavic Baptist Association. He has served California Southern Baptists since 2007.

He is married and has four children.
