Steve Foss is the information technology specialist for the Business Services Group of California Southern Baptist Convention. He directs California Southern Baptist Convention computer systems and IT and mailing services staff members. Some of his responsibilities include network administration and security; purchasing, installing and maintaining computer systems; database administration; telephone systems; and business and copying equipment.
He also is responsible for congregational statistics collected through the ACP (Annual Church Profile); demographics studies provided for churches and church plants; managing the registration process at the Califonia Southern Baptist Convention annual meetings.
Steve joined the CSBC staff in July 2001 after working almost 15 years for California Baptist Foundation as information systems manager and assistant vice-president in church finance.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. Steve and his wife, Kristi, have two sons and are members at NorthPointe Community Church.
