Charles is the ministry evangelism specialist and a consultant for the Healthy Church Group. He supervises 14 ministry evangelism specialists and their ministries, which include, church and community (Christian Social Ministries), literacy, migrant, resort and chaplain ministries. He also is responsible for managing and distributing requests for hunger funds from the North American Mission Board and annually coordinates the ministry of 80 Summer Missionaries.
He is a graduate of California Baptist University and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and has 38 years experience as a pastor, director of missions and CSBC specialist.
He is married and has two children and two grandchildren.
