Beth Downey is the executive assistant to Dr. Fermín A. Whittaker, executive director of California Southern Baptist Convention.  Her primary duties are to assist the executive director in relating to the Convention staff, the Executive Board, and California Southern Baptist Convention. Beth has served California Southern Baptists since January 1997.
