The North American Mission Board requires all individuals who supervise any NAMB related missionaries to receive training through the "Developing and Managing People" program. This would include summer missionaries and interns.

The California Southern Baptist Convention Church Starting Group schedules and coordinates these courses for all personnel who will work with missionaries assigned to ministry positions in California.
