Building on a good foundation is always important. The childhood years, birth through 6th grade, are about building a good spiritual foundation. This early foundation includes learning about God, Jesus, creation, the Bible, family, self, the church, the community and world, the Holy Spirit and Salvation. A large percentage of children eight and older will make salvation decisions when given a good foundation. Every church has an opportunity to shape their future during the childhood years.
