There is a special mission organization for girls in grades one through six, Girls in Action (GAs).  As girls learn about missionaries and what they do, they are guided to memorize Bible verses, apply mission precepts to their lives and to do what they can to help people understand God's love for them.  GA members learn that they can become involved in missions even at their age as they pray for missions, give to mission offerings and become involved in missions in their own communities.

Royal Ambassadors (RAs) is a Bible centered, church based, Southern Baptist mission education organization for boys in grades 1-6.  A Royal Ambassador is a boy committed to living out the RA pledge.  The pledge is part of personal and chapter accoutnability.  Easy Royal Ambassadors (EZRA) uses the same literature as classic RAs, however the leadership style is simplified.

Children in Action is a relatively new coed missions organization of Woman's Missionary Union.  For children in grades one through six, this organization can be designed to suit your church's needs.  It focuses on active participation in mission activities, Scripture memorization and current missionary information.  Curriculum material can be obtained by going to the national WMU Web site at www.wmu.org.  Free curriculum for one year is available to churches that have never had Girls in Action or Children in Action and is offered only through California Southern Baptist Convention.
