Churches constantly struggle with pastor and staff salary issues.  How much do we pay staff and what benefits are adequate?  Churches do not purposely under compensate their pastors and church staff.  It happens because churches do not know where to find an accurate comparison to their church.

California Southern Baptist Convention and GuideStone Financial Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention are cooperating in a salary survey that will help you determine how to pay church staff.  The completed study should be available to you by the annual SBC convention in June.
