Annual Church Profile (ACP)

Annual Church Profile (ACP)

The Annual Church Profile (ACP) enables your church and convention to examine its progress of ministry and growth. As you cooperatively share statistical information, associations, state conventions and Baptist agencies are better equipped to assist churches in many areas of ministry.

ACP packets are mailed in early October and include directions to complete statistical and leadership surveys, either online or through the mail. Your church’s username and password are printed on the ACP mailing. Surveys should be completed by each church or mission by November 1 or as soon after as possible.

Churches are encouraged to complete the ACP online. It only takes a few minutes.

Easy to follow and detailed instructions for completing the survey are available to download.

Complete Your ACP Survey

Five reasons to complete an ACP!

  1. Family - You are an important part of the Southern Baptist family! This small task benefits the entire SBC and its mission of reaching the world with the Gospel.
  2. History - Historical statistics about your congregation are maintained for you if/when needed.
  3. Resources - SBC agencies use ACP information to allocate funding and other resources to CSBC to benefit California churches.
  4. Representation - The SBC determines representation on national boards based on ACP information. Also the number of messengers eligible from your church to attend state and national conventions is determined using ACP statistics.
  5. Communication - Information provided through the ACP survey enables your association and state convention to better communicate with and serve the needs of your congregation.

We are thankful to partner with our congregations as we seek to share Christ with 33 million unchurched people in California. Your church is important, and the information you provide helps us better serve and resource California Southern Baptist congregations.

This Convention serves our culturally diverse congregations as we fulfill the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.
