We’re asking churches to gather 5-pound bags of dried beans and rice to distribute to families of farms workers.
Each spring and summer California is host to migrant farm workers and their families, primarily from Mexico, to work in the fields and orchards of the San Joaquin Valley. CSBC migrant ministry is known as “Feeding Those Who Feed Us.” CSBC churches have the opportunity to cooperate in ministering to migrant families and showing God’s love through various ministries, giving new clothes and shoes to children, providing food staples to families and presenting the gospel message. Since 2002, more than 14,000 professions of faith have been recorded. Discover how your congregation can join the mission field through migrant ministries.
