Woman's Missionary Union is a missions organization founded in 1888 with the goal of involving women, girls and preschoolers in missions.  Missions is done local, statewide, nationally and internationally.  The scope of missions includes praying, giving, teaching and doing missions through a variety of ministries sponsored by WMU.  Involvement in WMU can be different in each church as it will be organized around the specific needs and interests of individual members.
