Do each repetition 10 times, for the count of 10, for as you walk and pray for areas of concern. Start with praying for yourself, family and then others as you process through the movements and repeat for as many times as endurance allows.
- Swing arm forward and back establishing your pace, as you pray for your daily routine, your pace of life and your walk with the Lord.
- Hold arm out straight ahead and hold, as you pray for you to be firm, consistent and steady in your dealing with others in love.
- Hold each arm back behind you, as you pray for you to be a good example for family members and friends to follow.
- Hold arm above head, as you pray that you will be a servant to be lifting others up and putting others first.
- Hold arm straight out to side, as you pray for wise choices and discernment in your decisions.
Repeat with other arm and as many times as your strength and walk will allow, adding new areas of your life to be uplifted.
