The California Southern Baptist Convention Executive Board is composed of 40 elected representatives.  The full board meets in January, May and September and acts for the convention between annual meetings.  Standing committees of the Board include Executive Committee, Board Operations Committee, Denominational Relations Committee and Strategic Ministries Committee.  The Board employees a professional staff based in Fresno that is supervised by Fermín A. Whittaker, executive director.
