Each year messengers to the annual meeting of California Southern Baptist Convention adopt an operating budget.  That budget is prepared and submitted to the convention by the Executive Board.  This budget funds the various ministries of the CSBC Executive Board, the Southern Baptist Convention, California Baptist University and California Baptist Foundation.  Undesignated Cooperative Program gifts received from California churches are allocated on a percentage basis each month to these organizations.
