An instruction booklet entitled, A Manual for Incorporating a Baptist Church in California, is available to all churches and missions detailing procedures to properly incorporate a church.  The manual includes additional helpful information on adopting bylaws, registration with the various taxing authorities and tax reporting.  Also discussed are the reasons for incorporating.  This manual is available through the Business Services Group.
