Oscar Sanchez

Evangelism & Missions Initiatives Team

Oscar Sanchez is migrant ministries field specialist for California Southern Baptist Convention. His primary responsibility is to develop plans to train and enlist churches to adopt a California migrant community or center as part of the Convention's Feeding Those Who Feed Us ministry.

Oscar also is responsible for training volunteers to develop skills for ministry to migrant workers. He promotes Feeding Those to churches and at conferences and mission events throughout the state. He also is tasked with directing Feeding Those during the summer months in as many as 40 locations, primarily in the San Joaquin Valley.

He and his wife, Lydia, have four children and six grandchildren
