Ralph Neighbour III

Ralph W. Neighbour III is the leader of the Church Revitalization Team for the California Southern Baptist Convention. His primary responsibility is to provide leadership for implementing Count the Cost revitalization strategy for CSBC congregations.

He is married with two grown children, one grandchild, and one on the way!
